SFT have installed more than 100 Synchro Laners with numerous different applications and currently 40 of these been installed in the UK.

The SFT Synchro Laner provides a simple and effective solution to the many traditional problems involved with product laning. Whether feeding into a tray or case packer or display palletiser the unique telescopic guide rail  system guarantees an accurate movement from one lane to another and is suitable for all shapes and sizes of containers, even unstable or light-weight products. No gripping no toppling, just a continuous flow from one to any number of lanes, at chain speeds of up to 60 metres/minute.

The SFT Synchro Laner does not stop the flow of bottles whilst transferring from lane to lane as the transfer rail when moving over, moves laterally with the flow of bottles as well.

Other manufactures laners grip the bottles, move to another lane and then release the bottles, which can cause problems when handling a square PET bottle for example.

The SFT Synchro Laner incorporates a stainless steel frame.
